Season 2, Episode 10
Overcoming imposter syndrome and the power of vulnerability
with Mariel Witmond
Have you ever had that sinking feeling that you don’t know what you’re doing and everyone else does? Or do you think you don’t deserve the job you’re in and you’re just waiting to be found out?
Well, you are not alone.
Imposter syndrome sneaks up on most of us at some point in our lives, it can show up in many different ways and is a common struggle to overcome.
My guest today is Mariel Witmond, yoga teacher, life coach, CEO of Kuula.Tv. After making a career change Mariel has followed her passions to forger her own path, pushing through limiting beliefs and self-doubt.
In this episode, Mariel shares with me her own relationship to imposter syndrome, the steps she has taken to overcome those feelings, and why she believes vulnerability and honesty could be the key to conquer feeling like a fraud.

- Instead of “Fake it till you make it” focus on “Face it till you make it”.
